The most disgusting breakfast I’ve had in Spain in the last 10 months. We just spent 5 days in Sevilla this week and EVERYTHING we ate was very good to amazing and then back to Madrid for 3 days and ate delicious breakfast out there too so maybe Zaragoza had tough acts to follow.

The “bacon” was flabby and fatty. There were little round inedible bones in it. Had to spit out bites twice and then stopped trying. And until I told my friend that the bones looked like teeth, I was trying to eat around and cut out these bone spurs. Puke-worthy.

I’ve never had terrible eggs in Spain until today. Just awful. I like crusty hard bread but this bread was just stale and crappy.

Ah, the cherry tomatoes were flavorful but the cafe has nothing to do with that. And the orange juice was delicious. That’s it.

Was surprised that it’s also the most over priced breakfast or “desayunos” I’ve encountered too. Other than at high end hotels in Barcelona and Malaga and Valencia but they were worth the cost.

The food at this place was not worth under 13 euros compared to delicious food in Madrid and Sevilla and León and Astorga recently.

Just awful awful awful. But it seems like there are not many choices in the area if you don’t want to eat breakfast in a bar that...

Updated: we ordered a GF chocolate cheesecake for Christmas and they wente above and beyond to decorate festively for me 🎄🎄🎄. 2023 December.

We also had the chocolate cheesecake for our wedding cake! May 2022.

SO GOOD 😍 I moved here from the UK, and it's so nice to finally fulfil my (good quality) 'flat white' cravings! I've missed the independent coffee shop culture of the UK, with high quality sourced and roasted on site coffee beans. The selection of coffee styles here is fantastic and the decaf is really really good too, using the Swiss water decaffinating process rather than chemicals 😍 I had gluten free NY cheesecake which was fantastic (it's also so nice to open a menu and have at least 3 GF options already there for you - in this case it was brownie, carrot cake and NY cheesecake). My boyfriend had the red velvet which he liked. The next time I need a bag of coffee beans I will be buying them from here too so I can also make great espresso at home.

We will...

Stepping into "My favourite room" felt like a warm hug on a chilly morning. The aroma of freshly ground coffee mingled with the sweet scent of baking pastries, instantly lifting my spirits. Their breakfast menu is a delightful mix of classic comfort and inventive twists. I opted for the Super Mixto Sandwich with a egg, perfectly executed, and a side of their homemade caffee, which was crunchy and subtly sweet. The coffee was robust and smooth, a testament to their attention to detail. The atmosphere was bustling yet cozy, with friendly staff who made me feel right at home. It's the ideal spot to start your day, whether you're grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a leisurely breakfast. Highly recommended for the quality of ingredients, the inviting ambiance, and the consistently delicious...
