Visited Mama Louie’s Pizza and found the food to be quite satisfying. The pizza portions were generous and well-priced, and the cozy, dim-lit ambiance created a pleasant dining atmosphere.

However, several aspects of the service were disappointing. The mojito we ordered was below par, lacking the freshness and flavor one would expect. While the staff was generally polite, the service lacked professionalism and coordination. Over the course of our meal, we were approached by at least 3–4 different servers, each asking different questions about the pizza. While feedback is important, repeatedly interrupting customers during their meal is intrusive and unnecessary.

More concerning was the conduct of some of the male servers. There is an urgent need for management to address and enforce strict professional boundaries. Asking personal questions of diners is entirely inappropriate and can come across as unprofessional, uncomfortable, and even predatory. There is absolutely no place for such behavior in a professional dining setting. Staff must be trained to understand that being friendly does not mean crossing personal lines. Such conduct is not only off-putting but can seriously damage a restaurant's reputation.

Lastly, the condition of the washrooms was poor and well below the standards expected of Colombo’s dining establishments. A renovation is long overdue.

We went to this pizza spot again, and it’s still a great place for a casual meal. The food is good, the portions are massive, and the prices are very reasonable. One standout this time was their garlic bread—it was so big that we mistook it for a pizza! Definitely something to share if you’re not too hungry because it’s a meal in itself.

The pizza, as always, is decent—around a 6-7/10. While it might not blow your mind, it’s satisfying enough to enjoy. What really makes this place worth visiting, though, are their lamb and beef options. Both are full of flavor and clearly prepared with care. If you’re into meat dishes, those are definitely worth trying.

The atmosphere is cozy, with a relaxed vibe that makes it easy to enjoy your meal. The service was quite good, too—friendly and attentive without hovering too much. It’s always nice when staff strike the right balance.
