I’ve never in my life experienced such a bad attitude from staff. We got the wrong order, so we called and politely asked for a refund or replacement. The guy on the phone was incredibly rude and deliberately stalled until they closed so he could refuse us a refund or replacement. Then he texted us the ”alleged” food we ”allegedly”ordered, but none of us even paid for what he claimed we’d asked for. And then he has the audacity to complain about ”us”being rude when HE was completely unprofessional?! I’ve never in my life encountered such a terrible place. I was a regular, and this is how they treat me??!! NEVER AGAIN. Spare yourself the trip it’s definitely not worth it. GO TO SUSHI BAR INSTEAD. If I could give this place zero...

A bit more expensive than the other places but very good, super fresh ingredients and good sized.

Stället gör god och fräsch sushi men att beställa online fungerar inte. Tre gånger har jag beställt, betalat och fått bekräftelse med avhämtningstid och samtliga tre har jag fått beställa igen när jag kommit dit. Det blir lång väntan och stor irritation, inte bra. Själva grejen med att beställa och bara hämta går ju om intet och man blir också trängd i den lilla lokalen när man blir tvungen att vänta där.

Gjorde nytt försök nu, 6 månader efter senaste besöket. Beställde online, fick maten 20 minuter efter den utsatta hämtningstiden (som var 30 minuter efter beställningen lades) och då var det FEL mat, fick någon annans beställning. Efter ytterligare 15 minuter fick jag så min rätta beställning... Nu blir det inga...
