This place is special and I have to go deep on this review.

For the impatient. tldr; bomb burgers and fries, great beer and atmosphere

I'm a burger addict and I try to eat a burger in almost every city I go to. I've had "break the bank" burgers and greasy hole in the wall burgers and everything in between. Los Angeles my home is brimming with banging burger joints.

A good smash burger needs maximum maillard reaction without burning and maximum moisture. These fellas understand what is what. I don't know what cuts they chose for their meat, but the swedish beef ends up ideally crispy and juicy. The crisp was extraordinary like perfectly taken to the absolute edge before you have any burnt taste then stopped perfectly

The buns were delicious, the fries were perfectly cooked, and the beer selection has something relevant and interesting for everyone.

It was just a bonus they had big wave surfing on the TV

Ok, hands down, best cheeseburger in town. The other burger is very good but the cheese burger is actually perfect. Next time I'll have to have cold beer and a side of fries. That being said , I did try their chicken topped dirty fries and it disappointed. The chicken was crispy but the seasoning was not it and the sauce was just way too sweet. I also had very different services experiences. One time the guy at the counter seemed annoyed with our questions and was not very pleasant, the next time we went another guy was super nice and very attentive. Regardless the cheeseburger is worth it...

The food is very delicious. I had sticky chicken. It was spicy, sweet and sour and refreshing at the same time because there was magical sauce. Well balanced food and very tasty. The service was great. I'm so grateful to Maysam and Simone for their amazing interaction with customers, their positivity and good vibes. They made my experience even better with their kindness.
