I received a pair of damaged sunglasses in May, which an employee handed over to me after she dropped them - but said everything is fine I insured the glasses & sent them back with tracking ID for 25€ --- on July 11th I received the last reply email to the case with thanks for the DHL ID. It's now mid-September and no one has replied to me since July, let alone received a new pair of glasses --- I was assured three times via Instagram/email that the glasses would be replaced and that the store was sorry
