I received a pair of damaged sunglasses in May, which an employee handed over to me after she dropped them - but said >> everything is fine << in Germany I then noticed that the glasses were damaged - I immediately posted mine on all portals receipt + my address + pictures of the glasses sent & should receive a prompt replacement ---> I insured the glasses & sent them back with tracking ID for 25€ ---> on July 11th I received the last reply email to the case with thanks for the DHL ID. It's now mid-September and no one has replied to me since July, let alone received a new pair of glasses ---> I was assured three times via Instagram/email that the glasses would be replaced and that >> the store was sorry < < blah blah - so far without sunglasses.. and including return, roundabout 200€ poorer and no glasses. Thanks !
