I don't think I've had a burger this delicious in decades although I'm only in my 30s. I had the Big Brother and the burger patty itself was almost as soft as the brioche bun it was sandwiched between. The slight spice was just right and not overpowered. The grilled flavour was really mouth watering in the inside of the bun and surface of the patty. The patty itself was cooked exactly right. The cook at this restaurant really does know what they are doing and can't commend them enough. The menu itself is fairly simple which but the execution is excellent. We also had the wings and the chicken wrap which were equally delicious. The staff were also probably the most polite and welcome staff I've experienced in Sweden since I moved here a few years ago (admittedly to Stockholm which might explain that!). My only regret I'd that I pressed enter on the card machine before putting in a tip. A truly excellent gem of a place and hopefully this review serves as a tip on it's own. Really excellent and will certainly be returning when I'm in Gothenburg again.

We came from Manchester UK to this restaurant as my partner is a huge fan of In Flames. We booked our table well in advance (not necessary don’t worry!) to ensure we could get a table. My partner got the ‘hell awaits’ burger which was super spicy and he said he loved it! I had the ‘it’s not unusual’ which was absolutely delicious. I also ordered a bottle cider and he got the guest IPA on draft, both of which were amazing. We loved the place so much we came back the next day to conclude our holiday at our favourite place in Gothenburg. The staff are so friendly and were happy to talk to us about all the different beers and ipa’s. There is metal and rock decor everywhere and of course we had to buy the t-shirt. I think I’ll be dreaming about this burger forever

This must be one of the best burgers I have ever had, from the juicy meat to the crispy bun and the combo with heavenly sweet potato fries (they are so much better than the regular fries). One might argue it is a bit on the expensive side but it was well worth it for me, especially considering the friendliness of the staff and how they helped us out to fit a baby chair at the table. I also tried the beer on tap that was created by 2112 and Beerbliotek, awesome too! It seemed like the place is pretty famous and it was quite full despite being only 6 pm when we got there, we had to wait a bit for the food but the drinks were brought to the table swiftly.

Went twice in 2020 and at that time my impression was good. Went again recently and it was disappointing. Ordered 2112 famous burger and the meat was dry!! After complaining to the waiter, he simply said he will tell the kitchen, then end of the story. Also - after checking the previous reviews - Totally agreed that Max burger is probably better and more value. I also found out the vegetarian name on the menu in late 2021 was even racist. Having a hard time understanding nowadays how the owner(s) can conduct their business with kinda low quality food and poor moral code. Never again and not recommended.

We wandered into 2112 on our first night in Gothenburg exhausted and jet lagged just looking for an easy and tasty place to grab a bite to eat before passing out at the hotel. We were blown away. I had the famous burger and the truffle Mayo was impressively balanced. The sweet potato fries were flavorful and beautifully crispy on the outside. My boyfriend had the chili and happily ate every last bite. We both enjoyed the 2112 beerbliotek nitro stout. The bartender was super friendly and chatted us up about the local brewery scene and it’s crossover with the metal scene.

Had huge expectations after reading the reviews, and I wasn’t disappointed. Ordered the classic 2112 with truffle mayo. The burger didn’t look spectacular…but the taste was amazing. Definitively one of the best burgers I’ve had. Think it was the mayo that did it, which I learned was made by themselves. The restaurant/bar is a rock spot decorated with signed guitars, photos etc. The music goes along those lines as well. Will be back. (Took the photo after taking a bite and squishing the bun)
