Terrible Service and Rude Staff

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Kizuna Restaurant. While I had high hopes for the place based on its reputation, the service and staff behavior completely ruined the evening.

From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed uninterested in serving us. We had to wait an unreasonable amount of time just to be seated, When we finally got a table, the server acted as if they were doing us a favor by taking our order. Their tone was curt and dismissive, and they seemed annoyed by even basic questions about the menu.

Things went downhill from there. Their attitude was shockingly unprofessional and bordered on outright rude.

What should have been a pleasant dining experience turned into a frustrating ordeal. By the time we left, we felt more stressed than satisfied. A restaurant is as much about hospitality as it is about food, and Kizuna failed miserably on both counts. I won’t be returning and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable...

Really great ramen with fantastic broth. I was very satisfied with my dinner. Cozy place to catch up with friends, only a stone’s throw away from Chalmers. The server was polite and good.

The broth is savoury with a hint of smoky flavour, rich but at the just the right level. The charsiu was generous, tender and really delectable. The noodles could’ve been cooked in a bit shorter time to have more “al dente”-ness to chew as it was a tad too soft, but the great broth and toppings compensated it.

The green matcha ice cream was great as well, aesthetically pleasing and served with slices of peach, mango and grapes. Would go here again to...

I travel a lot for work and lately i’ve been mostly in Sweden, everytime i go/come from the airport in Goteborg i stop in this restaurant. It’s absolutely the best one i’ve eaten in Sweden, both the fish and the rice are incredible and the waiter is the sweetest person ever, helps with the already fantastic experience. There’s also a nice miso soup included while you wait for the food and i reccomend the ice cream at the end!! When i take the beer it always comes in an ice cold glass, you can’t ask any...
