Unfortunately, it was the worst experience I've had in Gothenburg in 10 years. We ordered a sandwich with shrimps and asked specifically if they were freshly made, and the answer was yes. I took it for my child, and when we got to the table, I realized that there were green marks on the boiled egg and the shrimps were not fresh. They weren't spoiled, but they weren't freshly made that morning either. I mentioned this, and the lady working there said they had made it in the morning. She wasn't even interested in checking what I was talking about or what I meant. I didn't want to give it to my kid and ordered a meatballs plate with mashed potatoes instead. However, I got meatballs with spaghetti. When I said I had ordered meatballs with mashed potatoes, she was extremely aggressive. I was only trying to understand what went wrong. Very unwelcoming service, not fresh food, and very rude staff. We left everything on the table and left. They didn't even ask or try to genuinely apologize apart from offering a fake apology when I said "never again here." I really discourage everyone willing to go there. It's a tourist trap, nothing else. I used to go there with my friends for fika many years until now, but I won't even step in...

Went here just to have some cakes and a coffee. Was met with a dirty floor, and already here we should have turned around.

We ordered a raspberry pie, an apple pie and a cupcake with meringue, along with Coke Zero and a tea.

Guy who worked there had the greasiest hair and kept touching it in between he touched food items.

Girl who was getting our coke from the fridge, discovered something had leaked and dripped from the cans. Proceeded to not care and give them to us, I asked them to be exchanged to which I was met which an annoyed look.

The couple in before us aswell as after us was offered vanilla sauce with their pie, how ever we weren’t, and when I asked for it, apparently it was out. No apology and no substitute was offered. After this I was pretty done, exclaimed an ironic “greeeeat” and left with my boyfriend to sit down. For 300sek we got to enjoy discrimination, possible homophobia (?), and a possible health hazard (who knows what had leaked in their fridge).

I have never experienced worse sevice in my life than in this place. Today I was waiting around 10min. to order, but the staff was just looking at me and one of them (woman) looked really angry. Finally, I got to order two coffee and one raspberrie cake, but they gave me small piece from the edge. I kindly asked for another piece from the middle of the cake, but the woman answered angry that it is not possible to get another piece. Then I said ok, then I'll just take two coffee. She answered that I can take my coffee at some other place. I got shocked and just answered with a confused OK to her. And she said, that's right, go out! I have never been kicked out from a coffe shop before! She should take a break or search for a help, not take out her anger on...
