Amazing flavours !! For a food truck, the quality of the hamburgers is really and having the choice between meat and halloumi is even better for my vegetarian friends ! I recommend the Asturia burger which has caramélisés onions and a blue cheese sauce that you'll never get...

Jag har bott i Spanien i snart 30 år, i stora staden Barcelona, men mina bästa tapas har jag ätit på två städer många mil därifrån. Sevilla, Bar José Alberto, ligger ca 200 meter vänster om tågstationen Santa Justa, främst älskar deras Gambas a la Sal och deras Langostinos. Ställe nummer två är världsberömda matstaden San Sebastian, men där vet jag inte namnet på ställena för att man går från bar till bar och smakar dem som ser ljuvliga ut. MEN TAPAS FABRIK i Göteborg är helt klart i klass med mina favoriter i Sevilla i syd och San Sebastian i norr. Hur är det möjligt❓❓❓ jo, det frågade jag mig också till ägaren‼ svaret är enkelt, han har jobbat för olika lyxkrogar på Mallorca i 13 år, och lärt sig från eliten av dom allra bästa. ...
