My visit to The Burger - Beer & Stuff was quite a letdown. Despite its promising location on Andra Långgatan, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the food was a major disappointment. The burgers, which are supposed to be the highlight, were overcooked and lacked flavor. The buns were dry, and the toppings seemed hastily thrown together. For the price, I expected much better quality and taste. The service was equally poor. The staff appeared disinterested and inattentive, making us feel unwelcome. It took an unusually long time to get our orders, and when we finally did, the food was lukewarm at best. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering the prices they charge. The ambiance, while initially appealing with its trendy decor, quickly lost its charm due to the loud and chaotic environment. It was difficult to have a conversation without raising our voices, which detracted from the overall dining experience. Overall, The Burger - Beer & Stuff did not live up to its reputation. The service (waiter) was exceptional but the overall experience was super bad! I ordered a burger without cheese (I hate every kind of cheese) and they brought it with cheese! Ok mistakes can be made, we told the waiter very politely and he apologised, he said they will fix it right away. Then, the waiter came back and asked if I’m allergic, I said no but I hate cheese especially cheddar. After 1 minute, he came back with the first burger but they have removed the melted cheese! You could still see residues! If I wanted to remove it, I would do it myself! We told the waiter that it’s unacceptable and he took it back and brought a new burger! He said that it was his fault (even though in the beginning he confirmed the order) but it was fine, since they fixed it! But the cook/manager during the whole night was super unprofessional, he poured water on every table except ours, he checked on every customer if everything is ok except us! He ignored us and we felt as if it was our fault even though it was...
