Hands down the best gelato I've had outside Italy (I'm half Italian, if that counts). THIS IS NOT A DRILL!!! The vanilla is fantastic—definitely not your typical (boring) vanilla. It's pale yellow with subtle citrusy and floral notes, making it nicely complex. Texture-wise, it's dense and silky smooth—zero ice crystals, something that is surprisingly difficult to pull off for a gelateria.

I paired it with pistachio, which was straight up bussin, but the vanilla really stole the show. It reminded me of my favorite gelateria back in Italy, something I've never found anywhere else despite my best efforts.

It was the best restaurant and dining experience in Lund. The pizza was delicious and took less than 10 minutes to prepare, even though the place was crowded. We ordered the diavola and mortadella pizza, which was very tender and tasty with delicious pistachios, and the dough was incredible. The ice cream was very tasty, with a rich flavor and a very pleasant texture. The service was superb.
