Clean and cute restaurant with friendly service. I saw the high rating on google and decided to go against the vibe the menu and pictures gave me and give it a try.
I should have gone with my gut. We got the 34pc family meal for 429kr. It was listed as 10pc nigiri and 24pc rolls. No other description. Also bought miso soup.
Other reviews describe the food as flavorful. The rolls were reasonably flavorful—they were all drizzled with sriracha Mayo and sprinkled with crispy onions. Flavor-wise, it was like 24 pieces of the same roll.
But. One of the rolls was filled with dry fried chicken. What? Another had the dryest fried shrimp I’ve ever had (how long ago was it fried?) and the third had spicy salmon mayo mixture, in a very small amount, with avocado. The rice was the wrong texture. Sticky, but in an overly clay-like way.
The nigiri included meager cuts of almost flavorless salmon, tuna, cooked shrimp, big pieces of avocado (you may like this place if you like a lot of avocado in your sushi, and to their credit, it was ripe, which is rare in Northern Europe) with the same mushy rice.

Read moreI recently dined at this charming sushi restaurant, and it felt like a hidden gem. With only four cozy tables, it exudes a quaint, family-owned atmosphere that I absolutely adored. Despite its unassuming appearance, the sushi here is nothing short of fantastic.
The menu offered a delightful mix of sushi options, including a vegetarian pokebowl with tofu and homemade kimchi. The kimchi was an absolute standout with its tangy and spicy kick.
The sushi itself was incredibly fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Each bite was a delightful journey of taste, and the quality of the ingredients shone through.
Overall, this sushi joint might be small and unassuming, but don't let that fool you. The sushi is top-notch, and the homemade kimchi is a must-try. If you're looking for an authentic and delicious sushi experience in an intimate setting, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It's a true hidden gem for...
Read moreThe food was goods, especially spicy tuna. Avoid red cabbage, in my case it was not fresh. Nor was the salmon. Cabbage was inedible… kimchi was nowhere close to kimchi (not fermented, not sour, just sweet) but it is a Corean dish so it is my mistake to order that in Japanese restaurant. Generally food was good. There was too little ginger though, which I got more when requested. I should not request that though.
They had amazing alcohol free green tea beer. If you are into beer and tea you must try it
The service was very friendly. Really nice touch. I was there Sunday evening so that might have been too late. My recommendation is to try and check yourself. Try mid week.
