Where to start? The food isn't awful by any means, but for a place that supposedly serves authentic Asian noodles, this place isn't very authentic. The dan dan noodles were watery and soupy, rather than rich and creamy as they should be. The added chicken had little to no flavour. The beef noodles were also a mixed bag with a pretty spicy soup base, not quite enough noodles and tiny bits of unevenly cooked beef, where some was nice and tender and other bits chewy. The kind of beef used is not normally used for beef noodles either. Overall, kind of disappointing, but by no means awful.

Excited to try the homemade noodles here, our experience was unfortunately underwhelming. The noodles in our ramen tasted stale, a major letdown. Adding to this, our spicy miso arrived within two minutes of ordering, raising concerns about freshness. The ramen was also sparse on toppings (few sprouts, coriander, some corn) and lacked any real spice and the broth had no flavour. Even the spring rolls were flavorless. Despite a 4-star rating on gole, our meal was disappointing, and we won't be returning. There are better ramen outlets than this one!

The ramen is good. The spicy miso broth is tasty. The noodles are firm and I liked the pork, although it could be more tender. The ramen doesn't need sweetcorn or coriander, in my opinion, but many ramen in Stockholm have these ingredients. The new decor in this place gives it a more authentic feel, I like sitting at the bar watching the chefs cook. Prices are very affordable and the portion size is value for money. Will definitely come back and enjoy a ramen with an Asahi beer.

I had spicy miso ramen with pork chaashuu.

Very good location. Decent interior. They had ra-yu sauce which is nice. It's rare in Sweden. I liked the noodle texture.

I found the broth too thin for my taste. It was definitely lacking in umami, and was too mild for my taste. The chaashuu pork was very fatty. Some people like that, but it's not for me. Very few neta. There was only really bean sprouts and coriander. If this had some ajitake, menma or something it would have been better. The egg felt plain, I...
