Backstage Brasserie — Restaurant in Stockholm

Would have loved it if they were nice workers. The lady with the black hair was in the cafe after they closed with a friend. I knocked with a sign in Swedish saying that my airpod was on the floor right by the exit. I came a few minutes after they closed but they were in there. Honestly, it shocked me because I thought the place was nice. Thank god the receptionist form the palce next to it let us in to grab it. I get telling me no or saying sorry we are closed, but everyone else has been extremely kind snd they jsut completely ignored us knocking and I could literally see my airpod on the floor I was even making the beeping sound for it!

We left the restaurant just 40 minutes into our reservation (booked for 5:00-7:30) before we ordered our main courses due to the appalling service. The waitress was not only rude but aggressively dismissive. I ordered a non-alcoholic sparkling wine and was served sparkling water instead. When I questioned it, she insisted that sparkling water was what they offered. After some back-and-forth, I eventually received a lukewarm glass of wine, but not without enduring her gaslighting and attitude throughout the process. We couldn’t even finish our meal before...

They have a huge space, both indoor and outdoor. The staff is friendly, but the service is really slow! There weren't a lot of people when we went, but it still took 10 mins before someone came over to attend to us. We ordered a veg pizza. It took 20 mins! The pizza was pretty good. We asked the server for some chili flakes. He said I'll get it right away. 5 mins later we reminded him. This time he smiled and winked at us, but still never got the flakes.
