Review based on take-out Semlor and pastries.
The semla (traditional) was really, really tasty. The bun was super fluffy and with the right amount of cardamon flavour. The cream was fluffy, not too soft but firm enough. Really good "mandelmassa" (almond filling) with plenty of flavour nutty, sugary and toasty flavours. Can warmly recommend. It's definitely a top 3 semla for me on par (if not exceeding those from Lillebrors Bageri and WAY infront of those from Svedjan Bageri on Söder that only make it to a top 10 place when compared [see second photo. Semla in the left is from Bergstrand and on the right from Svedjan].).
We also tried the "stuffed" almond croissants which are to die for! Tried similar ones at other bakeries but these are the best without doubt.
In regards to indoor dining. We didn't try it but as far as I can see, they only have a very few tables available at the entrance so it gets easily loud and crowded with everyone coming in and out of the door to buy pastries. First, the quality is in the top tier within the city. You can see that they have their own baking set up, they have their own modern style on recipes therefore making it a breathe of fresh air, phenomenal ingredients, and so much variety to choice from. They also do the semla the way I prefer with large crunchy almonds 😭💕 Anyway, there something for everyone. I even enjoyed the coffee; it was tasty, it was not the cheap burnt tasting coffee. It’s nicely roasted and flavorful.
I loved the environment for being cozy, yet trendy and I was just walking on the wrong street because I got on the wrong bus and I was away from the major roads and I found this little hidden gem by accident. I am so glad that I found this surprise.
Lastly, the customer service was great. There are plenty of employees working on the weekend. Not like other places where they have plenty of staff but ignore you or take forever. These people greeted me right...

My mother stopped by to buy some bread, pastries and sandwiches this Sunday. After checking that she had indeed paid, she was left waiting whilst several other customers who arrived later were being served first. Worst yet, even when there were no customers, the employees were talking/laughing without helping her with her order. It's only after strongly insisting that her order be fulfilled that she received her order, and worse yet - with a bad attitude on the part of the employees. Will never...
