Typically you get excellent service at any Kjell & Co. because staff are not only friendly but knowledgeable. But this time I was told an adapter for a camera battery charger would fit my camera's battery even though the package indicated that it was made for another battery. The clerk insisted that it would fit because he believed the info on his computer said it would. I suspect he misread something because the adapter for Sony BG1 batteries does not fit my Olympus BLS-50. I'm looking at an extra trip to find another adapter and an unplanned delay of several hours.
