Loved the first time, and went back there the week after!
I just love the concept of escape rooms only for adults, because I get easily annoyed at theme parks where children cry and shout and missbehave all day long. And I live even more these non-horror themed rooms that Paniq has, so that even sissies like me can play without being afraid of jumpscares.
I tried the Tortuga and Museum room, both equally amazing and funny to play. I really like the concept of these rooms, where everything is built in with magnets and electronic devices. Not just locks to pick! I loved the details in the Tortuga room, and the themed clues that reminded me so much of Pirates of the Caribbean movies. There were fewer clues in the Museum room (and the decor was much less fancy), but it was totally fine for me because we played in total darkness, which made everything much more difficult. Loved the chaos we made there!
The website is well built, and information is easy to find. Reasonable prices. Very friendly and well prepared staff. They let us change our room at the last minute without problems or additional charges. So lovely! You get a 5 minutes introduction at the beginning of each room, plus a bit of background story to get you in the mood. The staff was very well prepared and the information we got was clear and helpful. I appreciated very much the fact that you can get infinite help from the staff via walkie talkie. It let me enjoy the room at its fullest, because I could try out all of the clues and finish the room.
5out of 5, would totally recommend!
The only improvement suggestion I would like to make is to give a more exact suggested amount of players for each room. Right now they are sorted by difficulty level, but in my experience that level can vary depending on the number of players. We were 3 and broke out of a "hard" room 10 minutes before the gong. Had we been more (the website suggest from 2 to 6 people per room) it would have been too easy and too crowded. I would have liked something in the line of "this room is best enjoyed with x players" toghetger with the...

I love escape rooms and played around 30 rooms in various countrys and the room "lost in the museum" was the first really bad experience.
The room is played in complete darkness.
Here were the negative aspects: only two small and very empty rooms the frist room had lights accidentally on and was therefore easily solved you have generally very few things to do. We finished with 25 min left playing as a 2 person group. This never happend to us. There are all in all only 5-6 riddles. the most time consuming puzzle is easy to understand but takes a long time one box randomly opened without us solving the riddle you find a key in the second room which opens two boxes. One is just a random fit to a and you should not open it. We did and it broke the immersion as the host needed to intervene. you are supposed to interact always very soft and not use force. One thing did not move easily and we therfore did not use pressure. Host intervened and told us to use pressure and then it worked. the host seemed very stressed in the introduction and failed to prepare the room there was no photo
Pros host let us in the room again after finish and we could redo the failed puzzle but with light on host sad sorry twice the general idea of a dark room is cool we could book spontaneously 2h in short notice
After realizing that we were unhappy with the experience the host made a scripted joke and showed us the way to the door and left us alone. The easy solution to the errors would have been to organize a discount for the next game while we play the room. Would not have helped us as it was our last day but he could have tried to make up for the mistake. Even if the lights would have been off the room and presentation would not have been comparable to other escape room companys.

Read moreSo far the best Escape Room facilities in Stockholm that I've tried. I think I'm at about 17 escape rooms in now. 17 in total regarding the number of escape rooms I've tried in Stockholm. At Paniq Room Stockholm I have only one more room to play.
The staff is super nice and very accommodating. Last time I was there I managed to missread the booking on their website (I thought I booked 13:30 but instead it said 3:30 PM. I'm Swedish btw), so when showing up 2 hours early the location manager let us just jump straight in. Super nice! Unfortunately I can remember his name. Sorry!
The production value of their rooms are really great. Really stellar. It helps tremendously to make you emerge yourself in the one hour long head scratching when the mood, decor and ambience have been given some extra love. Very nice!
The puzzles in themselves are also really fun and challenging. They fit very well with the themes of the rooms. There are some puzzles that might not be very logical and that requires some extra help to understand. And that might cause some problems when you're on a timer and you take pride in finishing rooms without having to ask for clues.
But overall it's a really great experience. I would really recommend this place if this is your first time trying out an escape room and you want to start your escape room journey on a high. Or if you've already done your fair share of rooms and want to try out something...
