I went in there after having worked out, looking for a healthy dish with a high protein content. I mentioned this to the owner as he took my order, and I chose a certain dish which I though would fulfill these requirements. He promptly recommended me another dish because it would have much more chicken, plus, according to him, it was tastier.
Trusting his suggestion, I chose it and paid. I then asked him if it were possible to know the weight of the rice, chicken, and sauce, since I track my macronutrients every day. He said that this was possible since it wasn't rush hour, so he would put everything on a scale while preparing the food.
When I received my order, it came with a little handwritten list of weight per ingredient. He also mentioned that he added extra chicken so that I would get enough protein.
