I used to be a regular before this place was sold a year ago. We were hopeful when we heard that the new owners wanted to keep the spirit intact, as most places upgrade to something fancy to generate more money.
Parts of the furnishings and the old sign above the door were kept. Sounds good but is just a sign of how superficial the new owners are. "Let it look like before to keep the atmosphere, but let's be a hip place!" Another example are the opening times: a real neighborhood pub ("kvarterskrog" in Swedish) as Snövit used to be is open at least 6 days and from early during the day. Now, it's 4 days and from 16:00.
