Lovely place to visit after exhausting day of sight seeing. It may not be easy to find entrance, but there are two I believe, one from Museum itself and another from terrace nearby.

There is a large dining area, so it should always have a place to sit. They have quite unique and cozy setting, so you do enjoy your stay there.

Bathroom is there and it's accessible with a wheelchair.

The variety of dishes is great, vegetarian options are there. I found prices to be higher and you may find something better prices, but there is always a question about quality. Consider that there is a bread and water station, both are free

I've ordered a salad and it's looked big, but actually most of the volume is because of the green leaves, still it's very good. Both the pieces of fish, sauce and vegetables are excellent. It wouldn't fill you up, but as a light snack it worked for me

Service was excellent and they deliver your order directly to your table...

The way it works, or should work I should say, is that they give you a stand-up display with your order number and bring you the food to your table. One of our meals never arrived even after asking the lady at the counter to please check on the order. Only after asking a second time and after 45 minutes we got the food, but they got the order wrong. Everything tasted like nothing at all, the risotto was like water with champignons. The only positive was that the staff offered us to take one free pastry from the cupboards as a compensation for the waiting time, thus the 2 stars. But for a restaurant we chose because we wanted to come and go quickly and ended up waiting longer than in a a la carte restaurant, it was very...

This looked like a nice cafe with healthier than American food choices plus pastries. I think you could have a nice lunch at the cafe (food sounded good and seemed reasonably priced and a lot of people were eating), but we just had our Fika/coffee break to keep us going. The inside seating was quite crowded on a Saturday in April. There was also outside seating but it was too cold for anybody.

It was a bit chaotic ordering and getting your cappuccino. The cashier was multi-tasking making our two cappuccinos and also ringing up and getting food for other people, so she started one cappuccino and went back to serving other people while that one sat until she could get back to it and start...

We ordered the chicken with carrots and the herring with mashed potatoes. The food we got was just alright-- not terrible, but not great, either. The chicken was a little dry on the inside and didnt have much flavor. The herring tasted fine, but the potatoes were lacking some flavor. The prices are slightly marked up which is to be expected from a museum restaurant (around 100 SEK to 180 SEK for the things on the hot item menu). The atmosphere isnt bad thanks to the huge windows, so you get a lot of natural light and it isnt too loud. Seeing as this place has such good reviews, maybe we just chose our dishes poorly because we weren't impressed in the slightest!
