Josefina — Restaurant in Stockholm

This place is a scam, my worst experience in a restaurant in Stockholm, from the beginning to the end. Reading other reviews it looks like all the probles we had are very common, especially the bill having in it stuff that the customers didn't order. STAY AWAY! Problems:

1. Asked for a cocktail and the waitress replied that they couldn't make it because "our bartender is not here yet.". I would suggest then having something on the menu stating that the bar opens at a different hour than the restaurant and maybe not having the cocktails in the same menu as the food.
2. Decided to get a glass of red wine instead. I had to wait 20 mnutes to have that served because "We can't find a bottle opener".
3. My friend asked for a draft beer and got told that "I wouldn't reccomend that because we have calc in it, it doesn't taste great."
4. Ordered the food and had to wait 50 minutes for it to be served (two salads, one plate of grilled vegetables and a fillet of Char). There were litteraly 10 people in the whole place and the restaurant has seats for probably 500.
5. Checked the bill after paying (that was stupid on my side) and notice that instead of the single wine glass (around 100kr) they put the whole bottle in the bill (over 350kr). When asked to re-do the transaction and get the money right we have been told "I dont know how to cancel the original transaction. But I can give you the difference in cash."

Horrible service with an unspeakable rude attitude. The young bald guy with an attitude who seems like he is in charge took my plate without asking me if I am done. This restaurant looks classy but the staffs are not well trained. When we told him he should ask me before he clear the plate, he rebutted back that my fork and knife have placed in a way indicating that I am done. I told him I was speaking to my friend still, while eating and I am abit shocked he just cleared my plate and walked away. He was cocky, rude and said he could bring back the plate from the kitchen with that "small pieces left." My friend was upset by this behavior. Such a classy expensive area with such lousy service. (a simple salad for 285sek). We went for this place to expect basic service if not good food. There is no service. The prawn salad is really not very good. I expect better. Steam egg was a piece of one quarter, tomatoes was old, prawns were not peeled properly, avocado was half and just lots of greens. It is okay, as the portion is big, but to put it together, I made better salad, paying for fresher and tastier fresh tomatoes. For 285sek, my friend's 315sek, we expect more of the service if food is average. We will not come back. I went for an event at night with a Dj, and my friend group bought drinks at the bar during the event. We woke up the next day with 2x the number of charges that should have been there. For example, I bought 3 drinks at 3 separate times, and got charged as I expected. Then later on throughout the later hours of the night, I got charged 3 more separate times for full drinks that I never ordered or got! This happened to several people in our group as they must have saved our card info at the bar. When trying to talk with the promoter who got us the tickets and also the restaurant itself, no one took responsibility and gaslit us. We had heard from other people that they were scammed there before and we did not realize that it was actually true! This was extremely disappointing and they basically just robbed me.
