Delicious pizzas, good wine and spritz, very cute place with a great view. But the service is absolutely terrible. Blonde waitress (hostess) in the blue dress was unwelcoming, mean and looked annoyed. From the moment we arrived and until we left, she didn’t smile once. The whole time she barely spoke, mumbled “are you ready to order” and looked at us like it would be her paying for our dinner. The place is quite expensive, located on the water - I think restaurant management should reconsider their approach to hiring staff. If you hate your job - quit. If you’re in a bad mood - it shouldn’t influence my anniversary dinner, I’m paying money to be treated at least with the polite smile. There was a sunset and the light was going straight into our eyes and she saw that. She didn’t bother to offer us another table. After we were done with our food - she didn’t bother asking us if we enjoyed our meals. When we were leaving and passing her by - she didn’t bother to say bye. Disgustingly rude woman. 2 stars...
Read moreI visitwd this restaurant with my friend and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that we were not welcomed warmly, particularly as foreigners. The atmosphere felt uninviting, and this sentiment only intensified throughout our meal.
The most concerning issue was the service. Our server, who appeared disinterested and inattentive, asked if he should clear our plates even though they were still full of food. This not only felt rushed but also showed a lack of respect for our dining experience. It seemed like we were being subtly pushed to leave.
Overall, the combination of an unwelcoming atmosphere and poor service overshadowed any positive aspects of the food itself. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service, ensuring that all guests feel valued and welcome, regardless of...
Read moreA very nice café/restaurant/bar on the riverside. There is a lot of seating space both inside and outside with a very nice view of across the river. During nice weather it gets really popular though, so finding a seating spot outside might be a challenge. The food is available in a self-service restaurant and includes some nice options. I had a Skagen toast and it was very good. The bar provides a usual selection of drinks. The main problem is that food, alcoholic drinks and cofee are all in different places. Especially for any other than filtered coffee one has to go upstairs to the building while food and drinks are closer to the river. But otherwise it's a really nice spot to spend some time in...
