Awful service!! We were both in the garden and indoors and both were equally as bad! Nobody to welcome us, so we sat at a table with dirty dishes for half an hour wondering if anybody would serve us, while the seagulls were attacking all the dishes on the tables. It took half an hour before we got someone’s attention, only to know we had to order ourselves from a small cottage further away. Once we did that and ate, my stepfather had cravings for the creme brûlée and we waited another half an hour before we managed to get a waitress’ attention, only to find out we can’t have that in the garden, but had to go inside. We walk to the patio and nobody there to greet us either. After standing there for roughly ten minutes, we decide to grab a table near the entrance. Another fifteen minutes before the hostess comes to us and asks if we have reserved a table - we had not. So she says we should’ve waited for the host to seat us, so they would know if the table was reserved or not. At this point I get so upset with the lack of service that I want to leave, but decided not to, since I was there with my family. Next thing that happens, we’re waiting another 20 mins to get service, as the waiter is walking past us multiple times without giving us any attention at all. Meanwhile the table next to us had their drinks, finished up, paid and left before the waiter even looked at us. It wasn’t until the waiter took our order that the service was fast and we managed to finish to leave, but this entire experience made us be there for 2.5 hours and miss the sunshine, as we had planned to go for a walk on Djurgården. The waiter informed us that the salmon was raw, and he provided some explanation about the cod as well. Unfortunately, he then completely forgot about us.
After waiting for an hour, we approached the waiter to inquire about our food. He admitted that he had forgotten to place our order in the kitchen. When the food finally arrived, it became clear that the descriptions he gave us were inaccurate. Contrary to his explanation, יק he gave us something that looked like cooked Salmon. Additionally, the information provided about the cod did not match the dish we received.
To make matters worse, when I got home, I noticed that we were overcharged for something entirely different and more expensive than the salmon we ordered. This felt like a classic tourist trap, with unprofessional service and deceitful billing practices.
