Luckily this time of the year I could have a chance to finally taste the famous Swedish Semla. Forsa Hembageri offers the classic version, which was epic! It was very soft, light, with the best amount of almond fillings and whipped cream. I also took away a Cardamom bum, which was also one of the best, that I have ever had. I went there on a Saturday afternoon to have a Swedish cinnammon bun. It was delicious. After I had paid, the baker asked me if I wanted bread. First, I thought, he'd give me some bread to try, but he gave me a whole loaf of bread (maybe they had too much and did not want to throw it away?!).
