I've been picking up food here since around the time they opened. I've never been disappointed with the food or service. I always get the Bahn Mi and it's fantastic. Others I've eaten with have had the Pho and told me it was great as well. It's not a big place but the location in an open space is comfortable and pleasant. Tried the banh mi with pork and the pho bo. The food was good, but not amazing. I would have liked a fresher bun, but it's true this bread was more similar to what I got in Hanoi. I also would have liked more coriander and some fresh chilies in the ohi. The seating area is clean, but it's inside a small shopping mall, so it's not cozy. BIG FAN of the baguettes (banh mi). Pass by the place regularly for a take away dinner, which is always of very generous portion. Pho noodle soup is fantastic, always with lots of fresh herbs and vegetables. The lady is super nice and friendly, she remembers frequent customers and always have a chat with them. The "worst" thing is that you get addicted and grow to crave the food every now and then. Really have nothing to complain and highly recommend...
