Goi's Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in Basel

I enjoy Thai food and was looking to get my curry and rice fix. I am so glad that this is true Asian spicy so to me it is authentic. Taste-wise it's okay, not a watered down curry for sure.

The lady at the desk taking orders didn't seem very happy. She had no idea what vegan meant so I tried to explain. But she seemed a bit impatient so in the end I just chose what I think should be vegan. Usually Thai green/red curries (the base) is vegan.

I had Pad Thai but it had nothing to do with how it should tasty because of some red sauce (tasted tomatoey) they added. This sauce should not be there and it ruined the whole experience.
