Lotus Garden — Restaurant in Basel

The food is good actually, as an example they make an excellent fried rice. I’ve also dined in and had excellent meals there. This is not the reason why they earn two stars... they earn two stars because they use Eat.ch as a delivery service and in addition are super slow when preparing food for delivery. Last week there was a huge mix up with a small order of mine, which caused me a significant issue with my creditcard and bank. Needless to!say.... eat.ch blamed the restaurant for the mix up. We had food here tonight & it did not disappoint! A very nice traditional Chinese looking restaurant, with friendly staff. I went to Lotus Garden with friends. We arrived 19:30 pm we place our Order an half hour later, we weren't served until 21:45 Uhr. Worst part of it there were no proper Waitress.
