WERK 8 — Restaurant in Basel

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Werk 8 in Basel and I have to say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the industrial-chic design of the space. The exposed brick walls, high ceilings and large windows gave the warehouse a cool and trendy vibe.

Aside from the amazing event space and catering, Werk 8 also has a bar and restaurant on site.

Overall, my experience at Werk 8 was fantastic. The staff, the atmosphere, the food, everything was top-notch. I would highly recommend this venue for any type of event, whether it be for business or leisure. It's a unique and modern space that offers a little something for everyone. I will definitely be returning to Werk 8...

One of my favourite places in Basel. Whether it’s filled with just a couple of people or packed to the brim, if has one of the coolest atmosphere’s in town. Industrial style, huge space with bar, lounge, sit down eatery, copious outside space. Music is on point. Food is more excessive apero / tapas style. Good but not the best around. The factory ambience in Werk 8 is very interesting and worth a visit. When it comes to service, I unfortunately have to say that I don't really think it's great that as a guest you are treated like your best friend by the employee. I wanted a gin and tonic and when I asked which gin was available, the employee held his ordering tablet in my face and told me to take a look for myself.
