Die Bar — Restaurant in Bern

Unfortunately, I experienced zero safety and guest attitude. My friends and I came in for some champagne to celebrate the New Year. The order was taken by a waiter, the drinks were served. He never mentioned he was going to make any fire show… so out of the blue when it was 23:59 when he brought the bottle with fireworks, this went out of control as can be seen in the pictures….the guests started to cough and panic, we all immediately ran out of the bar. No staff were there to help to evacuate. We payed for the drinks and left. What is also frustrating that our brand new feather coats were burnt, so now the clothes are damaged… I cannot even express how deeply upset and scared my friends and I felt.
