After a long walk along the banks of the River Aare today, we decided to check out the much-hyped Gelateria Di Berna for some ice cream.
It’s one of those rare spots in Bern where people actually line up to order—quite an unusual sight here. We joined the queue and got our turn after waiting for about 15–20 minutes.
They had a wide variety of flavors to choose from. I went with a mix of Pistachio and Chocolate, while my colleagues tried Panna Cotta, Alphonso, and a few others.
The pricing was reasonable—CHF 4 for a small and CHF 5.5 for a large.
