Die Geschichte geht zurück auf die Zûrcher Familie Pestalozzi, welche hier ein alkoholfreies Restaurant führen wollten. Dieser Umstand ist zum Glück heute behoben. Jederzeit empfehlenswert!

Si tratta del ristorante dell'omonimo albergo, a due passi dal lago, da villa Ciani e dal suo magnifico parco, dal Casino e dal palazzo Congressi e, poco più avanti, la biblioteca cantonale. Non sempre nei ristoranti degli alberghi si mangia bene, ma qui ho trovato calorosa accoglienza, un servizio efficiente e accurato; le pietanze sono varie, buone e presentate molto bene: l'ambiente è complessivamente gradevole e rilassante

Soggiornavamo in hotel e abbiamo deciso di cenare nel ristorante che si trova proprio al piano terra. Tutto ottimo. La zuppa di zucca era eccezionale. Come anche la carne e il dolce al limone. Ogni giorno vengono proposte pietanze differenti e si può scegliere ciò che si preferisce. Noi abbiamo apprezzato anche, dopo una giornata turistica di visite, l'atmosfera rilassante del ristorante.

Soggiornavamo in hotel e abbiamo deciso di cenare nel ristorante che si trova proprio al piano terra. Tutto ottimo. La zuppa di zucca era eccezionale. Come anche la carne e il dolce al limone. Ogni giorno vengono proposte pietanze differenti e si può scegliere ciò che si preferisce. Noi abbiamo apprezzato anche, dopo una giornata turistica di visite, l'atmosfera rilassante del ristorante.

Lasagna was not good. Mushy and flavorless. Though I would have looked past that and thought maybe the kitchen was having a bad day- but the waitress we got was rude. Had no patience for tourists it seemed. She didn’t speak English… but there was another waitress who did? Give the English speaking tourists the English speaking waitress please. And we immediately were frowned upon when we sat down, because we brought our own water. Told we couldn’t drink it- had to buy water from the restaurant. Really? Water should be free, but since it’s not, let people bring their own water if they choose! Every other restaurant I’ve been to has never had an issue with me drinking from my own...

Che dire questo è il mio Ristorante di sempre che non cambierei per nessun motivo, vale la pena di fare una visita per un pranzo oppure per un'ottima cena magari portando anche dei vostri amici, io l'ho fatto, sono ritornati perché si sono trovati molto bene sia per la varietà dei menù, cucina sana, prezzi, personale di servizio di una gentilezza squisita per poi citare i gerenti, la famiglia Fadani persone eccezionali, non è così semplice in questo mondo dove comanda solo il dio soldo trovare ancora persone così.... Potrei continuare ma forse sarebbe meglio che passate una volta e constate rete di...
