Osteria Cyrano — Restaurant in Circolo di Lugano ovest

I was literally the only customer in the restaurant for an hour and a half. A super friendly waiter greeted me, though his breath carried a strong scent of cigarettes, which was hard to ignore. The background music was an odd mix of American songs across various genres, not exactly setting a clear mood.

Despite being the sole diner, the service was surprisingly slow. The LED table lamp kept switching off and was replaced twice, but the issue persisted, more distracting than helpful. The menu was quite limited, and while the food ranged from good to very good, nothing really stood out. Presentation was decent, ingredients seemed fresh, and execution was solid, but none of it left a lasting impression.

All in all, it was an unmemorable experience at a place that feels like it could be better with a bit more care...

Non si può che parlar bene di questo locale, il cibo è buono, il vino altrettanto, il Maitre è stato davvero professionale e cordiale. Meritato quindi il fatto che il locale sia citato nella guida Michelin (in totale 9 locali a Lugano di cui appunto uno è l'osteria Cyrano). Come location, il locale affaccia sul giardino privato dell'osteria, un giardino molto curato e piacevole, con un bellissimo pergolato di uva. Se proprio devo trovare un aspetto che non mi consente di dare 5 stelle (aspetto che peraltro non dipende dall'osteria, ma dal fatto che Lugano è città di elevato standing) e ' il conto. Cenare a Lugano non è economico. Comunque, dei 9 ristoranti citati da Guida Michelin, ho scelto il Cyrano perché era tra quelli con prezzi più "avvicinabili" per il...
