16FLO — Restaurant in Geneva

We went with high expectations as a friend 1 yr ago told us it was her favorite restaurant. On the plus side, there is a nice outdoor terrace to have your dinner on. I ordered the pasta vongole and my husband had the veal. My pasta was average. My husbands veal was served to him raw (not rare) and the manager who was checking on everyone's table insisted that was how it was supposed to be cooked! Of course we sent it back and it was then coked with a pink center as it should be. The waiters were very confused. There were two attending to our table for some reason, they both asked to take our order separately, my husband ordered a glass or red wine and despite having two waiters it was forgotten. Overall it was a very below average restaurant. As well, very overpriced for the quality of the waitstaff, the food, etc... Don't waste your time or money there....and who are there people giving this restaurant 4...

Excellent and friendly staff. Our group stumbled upon this restaurant after a local recommendation. We enjoyed it so much that we cancelled a reservation at another restaurant later in our trip so we could return to Sesflo again! The food is quite good, with many interesting options to select from. This restaurant has been under renovation for a few years and it finally re-opened. The dining area has been expanded and the decoration is tasteful. The service was slow but it is understandable on their first day and the staff were apologetic. The food arrived and the dishes were well presented and tasty.
