I don't know what the other comments are about. In my view it's only an ok place, and that's mostly because of the branding/interior decoration efforts. Patisseries look industrial and are ok to eat (but for that price :/). Otherwise, what really seals the deal is the rude waitresses: they don't even look at you or say hi (unless you're right in front of them and it's absolutely necessary), they comment about customer's looks to other customers while serving (even when said look is probably due to health-related issues), and they are very poorly dressed (like gym workers or something) - which I'm not sure is the best choice for (in my view) a nice tea room with nice clientele. Their coffee is good, however Nespresso can be found in so many places, inclusively at home.
The decor and terrace is what I appreciate the most of this place. It’s very chic and cozy, great for an intimate coffee with a friend or date.
The “biscuit sablé” pistachio I had was a good texture, but only decent taste. The croissant I had on another occasion was nothing exceptional. This time they even packed the cookie to-go without asking (I was staying), though they claim to be eco-conscious.
I had to ask 3 different staff members for the wifi because every time I asked they would say it quickly and walk away, as though is what a secret recipe. 😅

L’attitude observée est choquante, inadaptée, inappropriée et peu compatible avec les standards d’un service client à la hauteur de la qualité suisse. Il semble que les compétences nécessaires à l’accueil et à la relation clientèle fassent défaut : absence de sourire, peu d’amabilité, un désintérêt perceptible. Juste l’impression qu’elles sont là pour gagner leur croûte. Dans le quartier depuis plus de 30 ans, comme beaucoup d’autres clients avons remarqué une nette dégradation du service au fil du temps. On a déjà observé en terrasse que des clients partent car ils n’ont pas été servi. Une formation axée sur l’accueil, l’écoute et la relation client serait grandement bénéfique pour améliorer la qualité du service.
