I recently dined at a this restaurant in Geneva, and I must say, the experience was a mix of highs and lows.
The menu and selection were absolutely perfect. From Lebanese wine to an exquisite range of mezze, mains, and desserts, every dish was a delightful culinary journey. The flavors were authentic and beautifully presented, making it a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The food quality was outstanding, and I found myself savoring every bite.
Service was a bit of a mixed bag. Although our reservation was initially missed, the staff managed to accommodate us despite the restaurant being full. This effort was appreciated, but it was clear that the lone waitress was overworked. She was running around trying to attend to everyone, which made me feel a bit sorry for her. Her dedication was commendable, but the restaurant clearly needs more staff to ensure a smoother service experience.
Unfortunately, the atmosphere was where the restaurant fell short. The Lebanese ambiance was missing, with the decor and music totally absent and not quite capturing the essence of Lebanese culture. This was a bit disappointing as it took away from the overall experience.
Despite the service hiccup and the lack of atmosphere, I would definitely recommend this restaurant for its amazing food. The quality of the dishes alone makes it worth a visit, and I would happily return to indulge in the delicious offerings again.
Overall, if you're looking for top-notch Lebanese cuisine in Geneva, this restaurant is a fantastic choice, but don't set your expectations too high regarding the service...
Read moreI am Lebanese and I have tried Lebanese food in many restaurants and countries, and this stands out as among the best . A clear effort has been made with the presentation of the food, and that's very welcome. The restaurant itself has been given a slight touch of charm. The staff are quite friendly. And testimony to all of that is a very quier neighborhood and yet the restaurant is quite busy on any day of the week. Highly...
