We had a reservation at 8.30pm. No table was prepared. Waited for 30min till someone put the table clothes. Two couples that came afterwards were welcomed, seated , given menus etc. Once we finally had the menus, we wanted to order, the waiter came, left, came back after some minutes, took half the order and left again. The manager came and took is the rest order. Even though we waited till 11pm and no food was served. We went to ask if they have even started to prepare it . They didn’t so we cancelled the order and left.

I have been here before couple of times and had a good experience but today the management was terrible. They tried to get as much people and possible in a very busy night and it ended up being a disaster but everybody in the terrace. Also we tried to be polite and not to cancel and leave without trying but everybody was extremely rude and unprofessional. They were mad because all clients were complaining. They didn't take the 30% off as promised, even though I had reserved through The Fork. Unfortunately, I also forgot to ask. When I called them the next day, they said come over. When I went all the way there (I live far), they said they don't have the ticket, that's why they can't do anything, except offer me a drink next time! I find that to be dishonest practice.
