HC Organic Wine Bar — Restaurant in Geneva

We went there because I love natural wine and I wanted to try this place after they recently opened. It was definitely a great experience. The wine was very good and the staff was very knowledgeable (in addition to being extremely friendly and attentive) and their recommendations for wine were very good.

I understand that food-wise, their focus is on really good beef and I have to say that the piece of meat they prepared for us was very delicious. Ideally, they would have at least one main-course options for vegetarians, but that’s the only thing that could be improved.

Price-wise, they’re definitely on the upper scale for Geneva but the quality of their products is...

The selection of dishes was excellent, with beautifully presented plates and generous portions. The local ingredients used were incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the menu was thoughtfully crafted. The flavors were clean and well-balanced, making each bite a delight.

The wine list was outstanding, with a fantastic variety of options, including many local wines.

I highly recommend this place 100%. Special mention goes to the exceptional service, which really made the experience unforgettable.

For meat and wine aficionados! Good selection of aged beef and sides, including veggies. I recommend the Simmental aged 45 days. The wine menu is limited but offers a decent range of appropriate bottles to pair with the beef. Service is very friendly and sommelier is of good advice.
