Delicious Turkish Food and Beautiful Presentation at Pide Factory!

We had a wonderful experience at Pide Factory in Geneva—a true hidden gem for anyone who loves Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine! The star of the show is, without a doubt, their pide—we tried several varieties and each one was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection.

What really stood out was the presentation: every table is served on beautifully arranged, oversized trays that not only look impressive but add to the overall dining experience. You can tell there’s real thought and care put into how the food is both prepared and served.

Their baklavas are also worth a special mention—super fresh, flaky, and just the right amount of sweetness. Highly recommended if you’re looking to end your meal on a high note.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and added to the positive experience.

As for the setting, it’s fair to say that the location isn’t the most charming, and the outdoor seating area lacks atmosphere. Inside, the space can feel a little under-ventilated, especially when it’s busy. But honestly, the quality of the food more than makes up for it.

Went here for the first time, really enjoyed it. The patio is well covered and the interior is well designed. As well, the open kitchen concept is nice to see. Especially for its cleanliness.

My only caveat is that perhaps the portion size is a tad small compared to the pricing, however, I did admittedly walk away quite stuffed. I am sure the breads were a contributing factor.

The waiter to the time to ask where we were from and engage in easy conversation. And unlike a lot of restaurants that (even if) you ask for tap water you’re brought a bottle, the waiter (I think maybe he’s also the owner) was happy to just bring a jug of tap water out. I appreciate those little things.

I will certainly return again and try...

The owner is always present in the open kitchen — friendly, attentive, and always remembering us, which adds a personal touch that’s rare these days. The food is consistently excellent: authentic, flavourful, and served in generous portions. Prices are very fair for Geneva, especially given the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere every time.
