I was part of a table of six that came for dinner on 2 Dec. While the food was good, the wait staff was nice, and the ambiance was on point, the actual service was well below average đđœ. For the price point of this restaurant in a top rated five-star hotel, the service was both incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Again, the wait staff were nice but it was obvious they have not been provided the training needed to be professional in their craft.
Few examples:
My friend requested a cocktail be made with tequila rather than rum. When she specifically asked which tequila would be used, the waiter's response was something to the effect of, "I don't know. That's done at the bar." The waiter did not offer to even check, and my friend had to specifically ask him to do this. It was frustrating that we had to press the staff to provide such basic information.
We ordered at least 6-7 appetizers that were meant to be eaten with pita bread. Yet we had to ask for the bread THREE times between two separate wait staff. The staff or kitchen were soo slow that we didn't even get any bread until we were more than halfway through the appetizers! Add to that, the bread was cold. For the amount of time and chasing staff it took to get this, at minimum it could have been a quality product.
It was only when we were more than halfway through the main course that the waiter offered to provide us toasted pita, noting it was very good. I don't understand why this was offered at the very beginning of our meal.
For a restaurant that is part of a five-star hotel, we all assessed the staff were having an off day. The restaurant was barely at 40 percent capacity so it's not as if they were overwhelmed with too many customers.
Overall, for the price point and five star affiliation of this restaurant, it was not remotely worth it due to the well below average service. I am therefore, unfortunately, unable to recommend...

Nous avons commandĂ© un apĂ©ritif que nous nâavons pas pu dĂ©guster avec les mises en bouche puisque les boissons sont arrivĂ©es en mĂȘme temps que les entrĂ©esâŠ.
Câest fĂącheux quand on sait que le prix de lâapĂ©ritif est autour de 20-25.- par verre et quâon ne peut pas en profiter pleinement.
Les quantitĂ©s des mezzes chaud ou froid sont minimes, lorsque lâon paient 16.-CHF des pommes de terre rissolĂ©es et quâil y a une petite coupelle, je trouve cela exagĂ©rĂ©. Les crevettes orientales il y en avait 6 pour CHF 24.- la aussi c est dommage. La nourriture orientale est gĂ©nĂ©reuse et la ce nâĂ©tait pas ca.
La photo du plat du loup sur votre site internet est un peu une publicitĂ© mensongĂšre, lorsquâon sâattend Ă un beau filet de loup entourĂ©e de sa sauce au sesame et quâon a autre chose c est la encore dommage.
Les plats sont dĂ©licieux je ne remets pas en cause la qualitĂ©, mais la quantitĂ© et le fait que les plats prĂ©sentĂ©s sur votre site malgrĂ© les avoir choisis ne sont pas ceux que nous avons reçu (en terme de quantitĂ©) fait quâon est forcĂ©ment un peu déçus quand on sort avec une note de table Ă©levĂ©e.
Le dessert lui par contre est telle que présenté sur votre site, il ne manquait que le bùton de meringue.
Au niveau du service : Ă part deux serveurs qui tenaient la route les autres semblent ne pas ĂȘtre au clair sur ce que le client a commandĂ© et ce quâil faut servir. Le service des boissons du bar de lâhotel a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs trĂšs longs.
