One quick thing before my review - review your bill! Make sure you get charged for what you ordered, it happened with us but hey these things happen! As an Armenian who has grown up on a Mediterranean diet, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the rich and flavorful cuisine of the region. During my recent visit to Genève, I had the pleasure of discovering a true gem among Lebanese restaurants that left an indelible mark on my taste buds. Upon stepping into this restaurant, I was immediately captivated by the warm ambiance and inviting aromas wafting through the air. Little did I know that the culinary experience that awaited me would be nothing short of extraordinary. Let’s start with the rice—oh, that rice! I’ve never tasted such fluffy, soft, and perfectly cooked rice before. Each grain danced delicately on my tongue, releasing a burst of subtle flavors that complemented every dish on the table. It was truly a testament to the skill and craftsmanship of the chefs. Now, let’s talk about the star of the show—their mix of onions and sumac. It was a divine creation, so harmoniously balanced that we couldn’t resist ordering a larger bowl to savor its exquisite combination. The tangy sumac and the sweet caramelized onions formed a marriage of flavors that elevated every bite. It was the ultimate accompaniment, adding a delightful zing to the meal. The vegetarian sampler was a true revelation. Bursting with vibrant colors and tantalizing aromas, it showcased the richness and versatility of Middle Eastern cuisine. Among the various delicacies, the eggplant stole the spotlight. Its velvety texture, smoky undertones, and enticing blend of spices made it an absolute delight to savor. Each bite transported me to the sun-soaked lands of the Mediterranean. If you find yourself in Genève, craving Middle Eastern flavors that will transport you to culinary paradise, this Lebanese restaurant is an absolute must-visit. From the impeccable rice to the unforgettable onion and sumac mix, and the mouthwatering vegetarian sampler, every dish is a testament to their dedication to culinary excellence. Prepare to embark on a gastronomic journey that will leave you craving for more. Trust me when I say that this restaurant has mastered the art of Mediterranean cuisine and will undoubtedly become your go-to destination for an authentic and unforgettable dining experience. Don’t miss out—make it a priority to indulge in these Middle Eastern delights when visiting Genève. Your taste buds will thank you.

I had high hopes for Les Saveurs du Liban given the promising name and Lebanese cuisine concept, but unfortunately, my experience fell well short of expectations. The food was the highlight of the visit, though that's not saying much. While the dishes showed potential and had authentic flavors, the execution was inconsistent and left much to be desired. Portions were reasonable, but the quality simply wasn't there - some items were underseasoned while others seemed to have been sitting under heat lamps too long. For a restaurant specializing in Lebanese cuisine, I expected much more attention to detail and fresher preparation. The real disappointment was the service. The staff appeared completely unprepared and lacked even basic hospitality training. Orders were mixed up, we waited an unreasonable amount of time for simple requests, and the servers seemed genuinely confused about the menu items. When we asked questions about dishes, the responses were vague and unhelpful. The lack of professionalism was evident throughout our entire meal. The restaurant has potential with its cuisine concept, but significant improvements are needed in both the kitchen and front-of-house operations.

Some of the staff are super nice especially when I spoke with them our language, unlike the waitress she ignored me but who cares🤭 I had fattoush and farrouj meshwe The fattoush was really good and the portion size was fair BUT The farrouj was literally a joke, max of 200g of chicken. Probably you should change the naming of this plate so people wouldn't get shocked and disappointed. They play Lebanese music 👌🏼 They do serve alcohol too

We were 6 to sit for dinner and the 2 ladies didn’t care sitting us down so we made our way through by ourselves. Order was taken but the lady having enough and overloaded of work didn’t have the patience to give explanations on the menu. Forks and servings came after the food had landed on the table without a smile either a word. We had orders 2 saveurs du Liban which is plate with different assortments of Lebanese food. I noticed that the 2 plates weren’t identical in contenance of food that should be but missing assortment from one plate. I said it to the waitress and she didn’t give a F* about it no word not even a regret or to add the missing ingredient. We had to ask for the bill several times, we paid and we will never go back. The only positive thing about this place is only their big spacious terrasse not to eat but perhaps having a...
