Une expérience déplorable au chalet à fondue ! Je venais fêter mon anniversaire, j’avais vérifié sur place 1 semaine avant si je pouvais commander un gâteau d’anniversaire, ce n’était pas possible, par contre le serveur m’a confirmé après vérification que je pouvais amener un gâteau et qu’il n’y avait besoin de rien d’autre. Or le jour J, surprise on m’informe que je dois payer un droit de fourchette équivalent à un dessert soit 9chf par convive. Les serveurs n’ont pas essayé 1 seconde de trouver une solution, on m’a demandé le nom du serveur !!! J’ai dû mettre mon gâteau par terre. Les fondues ont été servies comme à du bétail à peine étions nous assis. Fuyez cette endroit tout sauf enchanteur. Heureusement nous avons trouvé un pub qui a accepté de nous recevoir juste en consommant des boissons et comme nous avons pris du champagne, ils ont été plus que gagnant. À malin malin et demi!
