Very cute!
The Fondue Gondola is less of a restaurant and more of a particular table/menu at the Goldlöckchen Restaurant. I definitely recommend reserving ahead of time since there's only one slot per evening! Check in either at the restaurant or the hotel front desk.
You sit in an outdoor ski gondola converted into a romantic table, and they serve a charcuterie appetizer, multiple cheese fondues with bread and potatoes, dessert, and wine.
Everything is taken care of by the staff at the restaurant who bring out the food and check on you periodically. They were friendly and accommodating! It was great even while it was raining because the gondola is enclosed and the fondue burners keep it warm and cozy inside.

They also offered an appetizer plate of meats, pickles, and cantaloupe and an incredible dessert like was a cross of pudding and mouse with rhubarb and strawberry.
The host was very personable, telling us fun traditions that he and his friends have with fondue and how they like to eat it.
Would...
