Bevor ich und meine Kollegin in einer Stunde den Zug in Richtung Zürich nehmen, wollen wir noch in Genf Flughafen kurz frühstücken. Ich habe gedacht, man kann bei der Theke Getränk und Essen bestellen. Aber eine Mitarbeiterin dort hat meiner Kollegin gesagt, sie solle am Tisch warten, falls man hier in Café isst. Sie meint jemand würde zu uns kommen um uns zu bedienen. Das Café ist nicht wirklich voll, deswegen haben wir gedacht dass jemand sicherlich bald zu uns kommen wird. Aber bedauerlicherweise hat es fast eine halbe Stunde gedauert bis ein Mitarbeiter gekommen ist, da er immer zu den Tischen (min. 4)gegangen ist, die erst nach uns im Café sind. Ich finde, dass wir sind schon nicht zu übersehen mit vier Koffers. Im Café hat es mindestens drei Mitarbeiter, aus diesem Grund verstehe ich nicht warum wir so lange gewartet haben. Nach dem Bestellen ist unser Frühstück schnell serviert worden. Nachdem wir unser Frühstück beendet haben, haben wir keine Zeit (Geduld) gehabt am Tisch zu warten um zu bezahlen. Falls wir wirklich gewartet hätten, hätten wir under Zug 100% verpasst.

Very happy to take a break here. Nice friendly and funny waiter. Nice clean modern establishment. Nice selection of pastries and cakes. Just be prepared as not cheap. A pint of lager and a small glass of wine will set you back around 16€. What do you expect at airports

The staff was friendly but not frustrating. A previous customer complained that they did not speak English, but I found that they understood me well enough.

The prices are comparable to similar establishments in the airport.

They have a bar, coffee and tea, and a bistro menu.

My only complaint is that there was a small flying cockroach, completely out of their control. They handled it quickly and were embarrassed and apologetic. I found this moment a testament to...

The service here was poor, I came for lunch with my girlfriend and couldn't get table service. We went to the counter and were treated very rudely by the waitress. We each ordered a sandwich which was pretty small but with an enormous portion of salad. Such a waste of food and very overpriced. Overall it was not an enjoyable experience. If you have to then come here, but if there's another cafe nearby that's not too busy then I'd try my...

I live in Geneva and I have been many times at the Martel coffeeshop, waiting for friends and family. Qulity of products is very good, but service is extremely bad in the coffeeshop. They are slow to come at the table, slow to bring the bill and waiters/waitresses work like if they don't care at all. Very sad for a company lile Martel. Hirong people with cheaper salaries don't often improve quality of service/work....
