Tea-Room Martel — Restaurant in Le Grand-Saconnex

The staff was friendly but not frustrating. A previous customer complained that they did not speak English, but I found that they understood me well enough.

The prices are comparable to similar establishments in the airport.

The service here was poor, I came for lunch with my girlfriend and couldn't get table service. We went to the counter and were treated very rudely by the waitress. We each ordered a sandwich which was pretty small but with an enormous portion of salad. Such a waste of food and very overpriced. Overall it was not an enjoyable experience. I live in Geneva and I have been many times at the Martel coffeeshop, waiting for friends and family. Qulity of products is very good, but service is extremely bad in the coffeeshop. They are slow to come at the table, slow to bring the bill and waiters/waitresses work like if they don't care at all. Very sad for a company lile Martel. Hirong people with cheaper salaries don't often improve quality of service/work....
