My partner and I had our very first experience at Geneva Airport, and we decided to stop by the Bagel and Juice Factory coffee shop. It turned out to be a great choice, thanks to the exceptional service we received from Mohammed.
Mohammed was incredibly polite and spoke excellent English, which made our experience so much easier. He helped us choose a delicious local pastry and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—offering five-star service all the way.
The café also has a charming little garden area with umbrellas outside. Since we had a lot of luggage, Mohammed kindly offered to bring our drinks out to us so we wouldn’t have to carry everything ourselves. That thoughtful gesture made a big difference.

We had accidentally left a backpack behind, and Mohammed went above and beyond to help us. He not only took the time to listen and help us search, but actually went all the way to the train tracks to recover it. He then made sure it was safely delivered to the airport’s lost and found.

When you’re brand literally advertises bagels, the least you can do is whip up something half-decent, specially considering the accompanying Swiss price tag. Now I know prices in Switzerland are usually higher than elsewhere in Europe, but this usually comes with some semblance of quality, and there is none to be expected here.
