I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was too disappointing to ignore. The pizza might be decent, but the owner’s attitude completely ruined the visit. She was incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment we walked in acting like we were a burden just for being there. No basic courtesy, no professionalism, and definitely no sense of hospitality. It’s a shame because the place has potential, but I won’t be coming back or recommending it to anyone. There are plenty of great Italian spots in the area where you’re actually treated with respect.
In response to the owner’s comment Before we sat down, we asked the cashier if it was okay to take a seat while looking at the menu, and they said yes. The owner didn’t ask us anything just told us not to touch anything “for security reasons.” That tone was uncalled for, especially when we were just trying to decide what to order. Read moreI think the food was nice, I got a pinsa slice from the window and a dessert. It was great for a quick meal because I didn’t have to wait for the food to cook, it was just warmed up. I think unless you order a fresh pinsa made for you, you are supposed to take it away and not sit down. Luckily I was allowed to sit down as I have a long way home and my take away would definitely get cold, I’m a student and don’t own a microwave. I’m happy the employees were understanding and kind. The vibe could be better, I think if the lighting was cozier, it would have a more expensive and enjoyable energy. Although I already like how the walls are decorated with the diplomas of the pizza masters, it shows they are proud of their craft! I just think the coziness aspect should...

We tried three kinds. The Cesar salad was also very tasty. It is Switzerland pricing which we expected but not overly so for what you get. I would definitely come back if in the area...
