Quais de Montreux — Attraction in Montreux

I adore this place! In my opinion, it’s the most beautiful lake board walk in Switzerland. The lake Léman is gorgeous. You can walk (day or night), run, bike, enjoy the view on the beaches facing the lake), admire the different works of art (statues and vegetal sculptures), eat/drink in 1 of the restaurants, cafes and hotels, etc. The Christmas market is big & amazing (so many different vendors lined up in cute little chalets) If you go to Montreux, it’s definitely the place to be!

Montreux is a beautiful town situated by the lake of Geneva in between Vevey & Villeneuve. It is often regarded as the Pearl of the Swiss Riviera, a playground of many rich & famous people. There is a casino, high end private beauty clinic, St.George’s International School, a big convention centre & Chateau de Chillon which is the most visited castle in Switzerland. Charming city and an honour to see Freddie Mercury’s statue. Beautiful lake waterfront area. Had breakfast brunch at Macdonald’s. Was another cold and chilly morning.
