Zara — Local services in Montreux

I wanted to buy a product from Zara in Montreux, but the item I was interested in had a defect. It was the last one in stock, and they said they didn’t have any others available. I requested a reduced price, as Swiss law states that when a product has a defect and there’s no replacement available, the store should offer a discount. Nice store and cloth, but the cashier girl not profesional at all, she throw my cloth that I already payed , I ask her if she was going to put it inside my bag and she just ignore me and start doing other stuff, súper horrible and terrible actitud.. Horrible service, all employees are rude and incompetent. Officially the shop is open until 19:00, but somehow they decided that now it closes at 18:00. There is no available information about this change online, so after spending 30 minutes choosing clothes to try, I was forced out of the shop without any notification in advance. They did not even apologize!!
