Fantastic service and GREAT cheese fondue and raclette! Provided us with good recommendations on cheese selections for the fondue pot. We had the 3 flavors pot (Tomato, mushrooms and truffle), meat platter and raclette as well as a kids fondue pot which is prepared without any alcohol. The kids LOVE it!!

Our lunch at Vieux-Chalet was unfortunately underwhelming. The garlic fondue, while edible, fell short of expectations considering the price point. My wife’s entrecote was a particular disappointment, being tough and far from the quality one would anticipate. The only redeeming factor was the beer, which was enjoyable. Given the overall lacklustre quality of the food and the exorbitant prices, we cannot recommend Vieux-Chalet as a dining destination.

We arrived in Saas-Fee as it was starting to rain after a long hike from Gspon. We were hungry we rocked up and had the best Blt ever. We enjoyed the place so much we went back for dinner 😂 where we had the best onion soup and a lovely tomato fondue. Service is friendly and the place is sweet.

Good, they have an option to have 3 different fondues, so it is a perfect way to try something new. We had the tomato fondue, classic and truffle. They were good, but honestly the classic fondue is and always will be the best option.

We had a wonderful delicious meal here. The food wash fresh and tasty. The kids meals were spot on. Service was friendly. Definitely need to book as it was packed yet the food came quickly. Highly recommend the chinoise fondue.

Both took the two course house menu and greatly enjoyed it. The trockenfleisch tartare was great and the fondue has a great consistency, I was missing a little bit of punch though that comes with kirsch.
