Summary: if you're looking for a great fine dining experience, skip this place. It advertised itself as such, but doesn't deliver at any level. For a place with a wine bottle costing CHF 9800, the management needs to have a hard look of what they are really offering.
Context: we came at a lunch time. It was practically empty, one our group of five plus another group of 3 people. At the same time, they seemed to have around 4 staffers in the front.
Service: very bad, for the expectations they have set and advertised themselves. Even the coat service was bad; I almost lost my valuables which I accidentally left on my coat, and the person hanging the coat dropped the stuffs (not sure how) without even noticing.
Food: only so-so. What's worse was the food service.

Cocktails - waiting time 20 min. With half empty restaurant. Based on Moët (why if Dom Perignon bottles surrounded us). Cocktails gave me a headache the next day instead of the taste.
