Best hot chocolate in town! If you really dig it, like I do, then order the pot! (on picture) You‘ll get 3 cups of delicious chocolaty liquid. The pastries are another a symphony of taste and variety💙! Tried the filled Berliner with powdered sugar on top! A classic, but man was it fresh! Unfortunately, as in many popular places, the quality of service left something to be desired. Before bringing the ordered pot of chocolate a wrong beverage was served. After we pointed out the error to the service person, she explained to us that we had certainly simply ordered wrong... well... We were quite a bit puzzled.😅 Alas, the later ordered milk tea then never made it to our table. However, the impeccable quality of the food and beverages made up for the rather blunt manner of the (possibly overworked) employees. And for what it’s worth - I would still recommend a visit anytime!😊

Here’s a tip if you’re fed up of looking for somewhere to eat in St. Moritz where it isn’t £50 for an omelette! Admittedly, it isn’t cheap - but it is cheaper than almost everywhere else. There is a semi-formal restaurant area at the back of the retail shop - proper menu and table service. Nice food, perfectly good - but still a bit expensive (everything in Switzerland is - apart from Victorinox “Swiss Army” knives, that seem reasonable value). However, and here’s the tip, the restaurant allow you to buy cakes, sandwiches, quiche, chocolates, etc. from the shop area and then take them in to the restaurant area to eat. You can get a reasonable lunch for under £30 ! No mean achievement in St. Moritz! In addition, the building is gorgeous and the cakes are spectacular!!!

Food/drinks: A large selection of sweets, pastries, and chocolates but nothing spectacular. The walnut torte was average. They have good quality teas, which was a nice surprise for us aficionados. 3/5 Service: Adequate. Not super friendly, and actually a little slow. I had to hunt down the waitress for the bill. I always find cafes a little strangewhen you need to order food and drinks from different people. Here you can order drinks from the table waitress but if you want one of the sweets you have to go up to the counter yourself. There's probably a good reason for this but it's still a little inconvenient. 3/5 Ambiance: The table area is nicely done in an old (but not worn) style. Good views. You feel a little like you're at a cafe from another era. 4/5.

A kind of institution in St.Moritz. We stopped there to try the famous 'Sacher'. The place was strangely excessively quiet as only 3 tables were occupied amongs the couple of dozens. The 70s/80s style provides an outdated atmosphere where everything seems to be stuck in another world. The view on the mountain is really nice. A pity that on the foreground there is a car park at the bottom of the building. Despite the size of the Café, there was a single waiter (actually more than enough for the attendance). He was pretty friendly and helpful as soon as we discovered he was italian and started to speak italian to him. Prices are incredibly expensive....i guess in line with st.moritz standards. Nothing really exceptional.

Stopped in for a quick lunch … you walk into a beautiful bakery! We decided to purchase some items for our home … for lunch we sat in the dining room … an older feel but the big window of the Saint Moritz gave us a pretty view while dining Our waitress was very polite and helpful… we practiced our German and she humored us and said we spoke sehr gut ( very good ) I chose a simple smoked salmon dish and Pomme frites … while my husband chose a classic dish called Voul au Vent and said it was excellently prepared .. creamy and delicious… according to my husband it left him happy

Tempi pasati!
